I welcome you in my kitchen for the four course chef's table menu.

The entrée is seafood based with seasonal freshness and wine infused condiments.

The second course is a generous portion of local fish with white wine poached or steamed side dishes

The main course is carried by red wine braised or tenderised meat,

often slow cooked or braised in shiraz, or marinated and sous vide prepared filets of lamb, beef or venison.

The wine infused dessert is always dark chocolate and red wine mouse, shiraz parfait and red wine crème brûlée.

Yes, we serve gluten free and vegetarian options and cater for other dietary requirements.

First course:  'on the rocks' cured Atlantic salmon, seared tuna, oysters and prawns, all served on frozen rocks and ice.

The second part consists of two tapas dishes, large scallops and burned kingfish.

The main course is an individual serve of local fish with white wine poached or steamed side dishes.

The dessert is always dark chocolate mousse, shiraz parfait and red wine crème brûlée.
