The time has come to hang up my chef's apron for good!

...the stars aligned and my inner devil whispering encouragement,

I am truly ready for the transition.

I carry with me all the wonderful memories you've shared with me—

the cellar door team, the vineyard and office team—

and our cherished customers over the years.

You’ve not only filled my kitchen with joy but also my heart.

As I step away, I look forward to painting—

a passion that has been waiting for its turn in the spotlight

and perhaps listening more closely to my inner voice and my wife, Renate,
